Once you have placed your order with Firstgrade.dk, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an overview of your order. The order will then be processed. If your order is set to shipped, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
2. Cancellation of order
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled by contacting us on 30 58 94 86 or by contacting us
All the prices shown on Firstgrade.dk are in Danish kroner and are incl. 25% Danish VAT. Reservations are made for tax changes, price and proofreading errors, etc.
Payment for ordered goods can be made online using Credit such as Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. This information is transmitted encrypted through EPAY. You also have the option to pay with MobilePay. The money is deducted from the card when we ship the item.
5. Shipping and delivery
Expected delivery time is 1-5 business days, we reserve the right to make any stock errors that may be due to several delivery days. If you experience delivery in more than 3 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further. The freight price is DKK 49 for delivery without delivery, but if you order for DKK 700 or more, you can obtain free shipping and handling with delivery in Denmark. We deliver to most of the world.
In the event of uncollected orders / no response to notification, please contact customer service. If you want to receive the order again, you must bear the cost in connection with handling and shipping of DKK 98.
6. Exchange & Return
You have a 365-day right of return on all purchases from firstgrade.dk. Note that you must remember to save your receipt for purchases that you receive by e-mail after ordering. The item must be sent to: Firstgrade.dk Att. Return + your order number Uhrevej 3 6064 Jordrup. When an item is to be exchanged, you must bear the cost of shipping to Firstgrade.dk. You are responsible for ensuring that the products arrive in good condition. Call or write to firstgrade.dk for guidance on correct shipping of the products. The return package must be sent to our address - with delivery, we do not pick up packages at the post office.

7. Right of withdrawal / return
We give 365 days right of withdrawal on goods. Received goods must be returned in the same condition, storage and quantity.
